These Business Terms ("Business Terms") govern the use of the TrustedB platform (accessible at trustedb.com, the "Platform") by businesses, organizations, or entities ("Business," "you," or "your") that create a business profile, respond to user reviews, or use any services offered by TrustedB ("we," "us," or "our"). By engaging with the Platform as a Business, you agree to be bound by these Business Terms, in addition to our general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Business Terms, you must not use the Platform as a Business.

1. Applicability

These Business Terms apply to:

Businesses that claim or create a profile on TrustedB to manage their presence or respond to user reviews.
Businesses that use any paid services, features, or tools provided by TrustedB (e.g., premium analytics, advertising, or review management tools, if applicable).
Businesses listed on the Platform through user-generated reviews or ratings, even if they have not claimed a profile.

2. Business Profiles

2.1 Claiming a Profile

You may claim or create a business profile on TrustedB to manage your business’s presence, respond to reviews, or access additional features.
To claim a profile, you must provide accurate and verifiable information, including your business name, contact details, and proof of authorization to represent the business.
We reserve the right to verify your identity and reject or remove profiles that do not meet our requirements or violate these Business Terms.

2.2 Profile Management

You are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information on your business profile, including contact details, business description, and other relevant information.
You may not create multiple profiles for the same business location or entity without our prior approval.

3. User Reviews and Ratings

3.1 Review Policies

TrustedB allows users to submit reviews and ratings based on their genuine experiences with your business. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fairness of user-generated content.
You may not attempt to manipulate, falsify, or solicit fake reviews or ratings, either for your business or competitors.
You may respond to reviews in a professional and lawful manner, adhering to our content guidelines (see Section 4).

3.2 Reporting Inappropriate Reviews

If you believe a review violates our policies (e.g., contains false, defamatory, or inappropriate content), you may report it to us at support@trustedb.com.
We will review reported content and may remove or edit reviews that violate our policies, at our sole discretion. We are not obligated to remove reviews unless required by law.

4. Content Guidelines

When submitting content to the Platform (e.g., profile information, review responses, or promotional materials), you agree to:

Provide accurate, truthful, and non-misleading information.
Avoid content that is defamatory, abusive, harassing, or unlawful.
Respect the intellectual property, privacy, and other rights of third parties.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to remove or edit any business content that violates these Business Terms or our policies.

5. Paid Services (If Applicable)

5.1 Subscription or Premium Services

TrustedB may offer paid services, such as premium profiles, analytics tools, or advertising opportunities. Details of these services, including pricing and features, are available at trustedb.com/pricing.
By subscribing to a paid service, you agree to pay all applicable fees and comply with any additional terms provided at the time of subscription.
Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or specified in the applicable service terms.

5.2 Termination of Paid Services

You may cancel a paid service by contacting us at support@trustedb.com, subject to the terms of the specific service agreement.
We may suspend or terminate your access to paid services if you fail to pay fees or violate these Business Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 TrustedB’s Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on the Platform, excluding your business content, are owned by or licensed to TrustedB. You may not use these materials without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform (e.g., profile information, review responses, or promotional materials).
By submitting content, you grant TrustedB a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and modify your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Manipulate or attempt to influence reviews, ratings, or search rankings on the Platform.
Use the Platform to harass, defame, or harm users, other businesses, or TrustedB.
Engage in unauthorized data scraping, automated access, or other activities that disrupt the Platform’s functionality.
Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that user reviews will be accurate or beneficial to your business.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrustedB and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or reputation. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to use our services, if any.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrustedB and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these Business Terms or applicable laws.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your business profile or access to the Platform at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Business Terms or for any other reason, including operational or security concerns.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
